About 1/3rd of a package of hamburger (lean)
1 heaping tablespoon of flour
1 heaping teaspoon of Herbes De Provence
1 teaspoon of minced garlic
dash of hot sauce
2 teaspoons of French Mustard
1 log of goats cheese
2 whole wheat mini buns.
Mix the flour, herbs, garlic and hot sauce until it is a light foamy broth.
Mix in the meat. Make sure it is all mixed in.
Form into paddies, using your thumb form a hole in the paddy. Place a bit of goat cheese in the middle and cover with meat. I cooked mine in a George Forman Grill so it took about 5 mins, other wise just cook as you would a normal burger.
Toast buns. Use french mustard, top with burger and enjoy.
For a "diet" version of this I would make a little leafy salad out of a "spring mix" and put the burger on that.
This is a pretty cheap and yummy meal to make, and again super easy to make for 1,2 or more.

I was suggested to make this with bison next time - has anyone cooked with bison before???
